Harmon concrete also finished our sidewalks and gutters last summer They were hard working, polite, efficient and flexible when people had a change of preference. Several people on our block had them pour new driveways and the work was very professional. They even came back later after the concrete had cured to apply a protective finish against winter salt. I am having them do some more work for me this summer.

Harmon must have gotten the bid for the 5th St project in Osseo. They laid half of the forms on Thursday and did no work today, thereby not allowing us access to our driveways for four consecutive days. Also, no communication to any residents. It’ll be fun getting groceries and parking two blocks away.

Irresponsible and unprofessional. This company was hired by our city to refinish our neighborhood’s roads, including the concrete curbs. Their workers were throwing and leaving their trash and tools in my neighbors’ yards. They also left a manhole cover on our grass without permission for multiple days. On top of all this, it was “delightful” to hear them continually cussing at each other throughout the day.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Harmon Concrete on many occasions and they have always delivered their products and services as promised - on time with quality workmanship behind it.

To the person driving a Harmon Concrete Truck on County Rd. J on 7/17/20. Is there a reason I was honked at when you came up behind my car while I was taking a left turn?
