Harmon's Drain Cleaning

Harmon Drain Cleaning company displayed a shocking level of negligence and incompetence during a recent service call. Despite a straightforward contract to install three new toilets, their team performed unprofessionally. They inexplicably failed to replace a minor, eighty-two-cent "beauty plate" and, with shocking carelessness, left the main meter plate discarded in my yard. When I contacted the owner, Travis, to address these abysmal oversights, his response was an insult: he demanded an additional $75.00 fee to correct his company’s own, undeniable mistakes. This combination of shoddy workmanship and predatory billing practices is entirely unacceptable. I strongly urge all prospective customers to exercise extreme caution and avoid hiring Harmon Drain Cleaning for any work in their home

They were able to clean the messy, clogged drain on our 100 year old house! Excellent service all the way around!

We've used them about 2 or 3 times for drain issues and once to install a dishwasher. They do a great job getting you on their schedule as soon as possible, and they are quick.

I can’t recommend Harmon enough. After a very bad experience with another big plumbing company in Indianapolis, I called Harmon for a second opinion. They cleared my sewer main for $150, whereas the other company wanted $9,500 to replace it. They said the main was in fine condition and would last indefinitely. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. When I do have a major repair, these are the guys I’ll be calling.
