They arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. Justin and Albert were awesome - prompt and professional. We had multiple issues including plug types and circuit identifying and labeling. Then also an outlet that was burnt and could have caused a fire. All was was fixed same day. They massively overcharged and refused to provide an itemized receipt of service. We still have the holes in our wall which were supposed to be patched by a second crew. The plumber? Ok they sent a “tech” who completely misdiagnosed the issue and was going to charge close to $10k. That was ridiculous.

My elderly mother's old stove had a gas leak somewhere. I called Harmony Electrical, Plumbing & Air and Victor came out the same day (within 3 hours of my call!) He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. He has great customer service skills. I thought it was in the corrugated pipe, but turned out it was in the gas pipe to the stove as well as one of the connectors on the stove. Old pipes that had 4 areas with small leaks. He provided a quote and the company was able to complete the work the same day! I am not sure if the price was competitive or not, but I appreciated the quality customer service and work from the agent who originally took my call, Victor and the crew that did the work. Adrian, my electrician was excellent not only in his job performance but also in making sure I understood the process and how to use my product. Everything was installed correctly, explained clearly, and tested to make sure it was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail.
