I contacted Harmony Ponds because I needed help identifying and finding replacement parts needed for our garden pond which we maintain ourselves. Rather than trying to make money off of me in my time of frustration/need, Marco took the time to help me identify and locate the needed parts. He was extremely patient, kind, and professional with me. We will definitely use Hidden Ponds in the future for our pond'sneeds!

These guys get no stars. Their service is the WORST I have seen. They never respond to emails or phone messages regarding issues. They take over 4 weeks or more to come out for service, never calling to let you now they are actually coming. They dont fix the issues you tell them about. They either are grossly incompetent or forgetful or both. I would think that they would know how to fix a pond pump and change a light bulb. but this doesnt seem to be the case. All last year the pump would break and they would come out to fix it and then a week later it would be broken again. Same thing this year but now the fix lasted for less than an hour. We've worked with Don and Patricia for several years and could not be happier with the way they conduct business, their maintenance service and most of all, their wonderful design build talent.
