From start to finish of our pool Nathan was explaining everything in detail as the process was happening. We started the build mid June and just finished final inspection today. Our slide was the biggest issue and Nathan helped us fight for what’s right with the slide company. Anytime we had an issue he would respond and get it taken care of. Pictures may speak a thousand words, but commitment to getting the job done right and ahead of schedule is equally important. I can’t say enough about Harmony pools and Nathan’s approach to his craft. We interviewed 7 companies and within the first 10 mins of our initial consult, we knew that Harmony was going to be the company we ended up going with and we have not been disappointed. Our pool was completed within 4 weeks, filled by week 5, enjoying the spa by week 6 (fortunately, we did not run into any weather issues which helped stay ahead quoted timelines). From start to finish, these guys had everything in line. From the very start of the dig to the completion of the patio cover, they kept me informed on every detail and selections we had made. My husband, Levi Aniello said it best! Our experience with Harmony pool has not been the best experience. It’s unfortunate that this company showed no integrity towards the end of the project. They left us high and dry. It has cost us a lot of inconvenience and money because of their mistakes. Mistakes they owned up to and still not willing to hold themselves accountable and make right. I would not recommend this pool company to anyone ever in life! It’s very upsetting and frustrating when someone is comfortable with doing wrong to others. This company owes a debt and needs to do right by it. God is the ultimate judge, and He will dispense justice upon those who deserve it!

From start to finish of our new pool build Nathan was on top of everything and kept us informed of what to expect next. Not often the owner of the company is so involved and on sight but Nathan was here on a regular basis and always responded to our questions/text messages in a timely manner even on the weekend. Our pool turned out beautiful and we are very pleased.
