Refrigerant is $90.00 a pound & I needed 7Lbs add in the service call and that's $800.00. It all leaked out in a few hours, I called the Technician and he told me that he would have his boss call me. That was about two weeks ago & I'm still waiting on that call.
Harold Floyd Heating & Air is the best repair service around. Harold & his crew are very nice and friendly and knowledgeable about a/c units. They are quick to respond to calls for help and will go above and beyond to get your units up and working as quickly as possible. Even his office staff is friendly and professional. Service man came quickly and found that the problem was with my thermostat and replaced it. He was polite and knowledgeable.
HVAC broke on the hottest day of the year and I was expecting company from out of town. They got there about lunchtime and had it working in about 30 minutes.
