Today in the rain Andy and Isaac worked both inside and in the crawl space under my house to correct plumbing issues. Raymond had come previously at no charge to do an initial assessment. Then Andy took pictures of the pipe monstrosities at a reasonable charge. The actual project took less time than estimated and the cost was adjusted downward. I cannot say enough good about everyone connected to Harp. I started using them a couple of years ago when they installed my AC/Heating unit and have not used any company since. And I had been with Nelson for 40 years. Every job is competently and efficiently done. Every person is kind, prompt and personable. And when I ask them if they like working for Harp their answers are a resounding yes with explanations why. This is the way all companies sho

Harp sent employee, Austin Haworth, out to help install some lights and re-wire some old into updated LED. Dude knocked it out of the park for us and great to work with. Would recommend to everyone!

My company consistently uses Harp Services for HVAC and plumbing services. They do great work and always bring a good sense of humor. The technicians evaluate our needs and expedite accordingly. They follow up with meaningful instructions for me to follow to avoid additional problems. Should I mention my two favorite techs, Raymond and Kirk, by name? They are fantastic people that I enjoy working with.

Called them in the morning and by afternoon they came and checked out my furnace and fixed it right away . Great service.

Have had them scheduled for several days to be here between 10-2 today. They did not show up by 1:45 pm, so I called to see about the status. Kimmie said that unfortunately she does not have anyone available to come today and we will have to reschedule. She said that they never guarantee any service except their first one of the morning. Explained that I have stayed home all day waiting on them. They never called and she was not customer friendly. I asked to speak to the manager and he was not available. Told her to cancel and that I will call a company that will do what they say they will do.
