Harp was great. They had been out to fix our well, and then about 2 months later it broke again. I called the office and the lady was very empathetic and got the owner to have someone come out that day despite them being booked. Kaden came out and was great, got us fixed and helpful enough to show me how to continue to maintenance. Great job and would always recommend

These folks are amazing! Well pump to the house quit working, and they were out same day I called to fix the pump. Alex was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Will utilize Harp Well & Pump again for certain. Thank you for providing excellent service to the community!

This company is very unprofessional. The representative was very rude and refused to help me. I had a pump installed last year 2022 spring. The technician who came out told me that the pump would cost $900. However after they installed the pump it ended up being $1300. I was frustrated that this wasn't communicated upfront. The sales rep had no empathy and never even apologized for his employees lack of communication. The pump has stop working twice and the company are now saying the warranty is only good for 1 pump. He is even told me that they are not a big company that keeps record of their previous installations. What! Why wouldn't you keep a database of your previous jobs? I've paid $1300 for this pump and have had it less than a year. I told the representative that this is horrible c

Had our pump dug and installed a year ago. Was really happy with their explanations. We had to wait about 6 weeks to get them out here (peak summer months) but they got it done and it’s been great. Almost exactly a year later the pump has stopped working and when I called to find out about replacement or guarantees… I was told their pumps are only guaranteed for a year?! Why is another company I have talked to guaranteeing their pump for 3 years? Really disappointed in the product sold. Their part of the pump cost was almost 5,000 (digging, labor and pump) and it only lasted a year? The landscaping afterwards to hook up the well was another approx 5,000. Just feels like it should have been a better backed product for that cost.
