Harrah's Resort Self Parking

The guest card doesn't work when exiting the self parking garage. When I paid with a credit card, no receipt was released. The area is unstaffed, so no help there. I went through the exercise and returned to the front desk to claim the parking fee back. They said the charge was reversed. It wasn't.

Terrible go to make a delivery 9 am on a rainyThursday morning, not one car in valet. Host says you can't park here you gotta park by the cones , ok no problem, ask for a luggage cart to help transport my 6 bags of groceries to the 19th floor, oh no you people can't use them. Format of all who is YOU PEOPLE? never ever will I deliver here again.

The self parking garage automated exit is horrendous. The reward card does not work. The help/call button does not work. Why can’t they have at least one person to man one of the booths to circumvent issues.

Waterfront no water. $150 deposit for incident but takes $50 for taxes and fees. Hold can't be released for damn there two weeks. Was gonna rebook but no thanks.

The machine to pay inside the hotel is horrible the attendant In the garage was so friendly and helpful!!
