Preformed a snake out of my kitchen drain and it didn’t fix my issue. They had no interest in further troubleshooting. Took my money and avoided my phone calls for the last two weeks.

Pretty awesome hometown business. Michelle and Vanessa are kind and respectful. They are also a great subcontractor to have on a jobsite. They get the job done right the first time and quickly. They are not the cheapest plumbers around, but you get what you pay for. They always stand behind their work.

We called Harris Plumbing in February to fix a simple drip from our tub spout. After several visits, they failed to stop the drip. Worse, just days after their last visit, we discovered the sound of running water behind our shower wall. A pipe they had worked on had been bent, causing a pinhole leak. While they initially came back to stop the leak, things quickly went downhill. When we asked for their insurance information to deal with the resulting water damage, they refused to provide it, left abruptly, and have ignored every phone call and email since. I had to replace two faucets and drains in two sinks and Harris Plumbing did the job. Long story short, the drain leaked in one sink. I called them out 3 times over 3 consecutive days to fix it and they did their best considering there was a defect in the drain. Once they had a good drain to put in, everything was perfect, no leaks. I would have given them 5 stars, but I was the one who determined the drain was defective. But they stick to a job until it's done and that deserves a high rating in my opinion..
