I had the privilege to see Brent work his profession. I was not his customer but was present when he interacted with one. Outside of his expertise, he was able to calm his client down, address the situation, provide clarity and reassurance. Then he expeditiously fixed the problem. The man is worth his weight in gold and is a genuine individual (you don't see that often).

Called Saturday when my kitchen flooded. Left a detailed message. 3 days later & still no callback. Clearly they don't want any new business

When service was provided he was reasonable and professional; although, he was limited in some things he could do. However, he became unreachable and unresponsive, not even responding he was not available and/or not interested in providing service, so no longer professional with regards to customer service.

These guys are great! Respond quickly, work quickly and clean. Very nice and professional! I have used them for years and definitely recommend them.
