I highly recommend Harry A. Starr & Son, I employed them to replace the windows and doors on my home. They were very knowledgeable, professional and concerned about how everything looked on my home. Jeff came to my home to measure and get all the information, he was polite and very easy to work with. I was able to be home during this process, and the crew (Steve and Aaron), were fantastic. They would let me know the plan for the day, and would show me their plan to address any issues that were putting a kink in the works. Their attention to detail and thoroughness was amazing. I am certain I would not have gotten the same high quality level of attention to detail from any of the big marketing window replacement companies. And, they were much better priced for their work and product as well

They took the time to answer my questions, clearly explained my options when available, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. The final result looks fantastic. I recently had 11 windows replaced, a french door replaced with a slider, and also a challenging job to level an uneven sunroom on footings due to settling over many years. We are thrilled with our new deck, windows and sliding door that the H.A. Starr team installed. The H.A. Starr team was reliable and incredibly easy to work with. They worked closely with my husband and I to define the scope of the project, choose the materials that worked best for us and then execute. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to spending a lot of time on our new deck.

This is the 2nd time we have used Harry A Starr for a roof replacement - last time was 1999. Both times they provided a quick and thorough quote, and the crews showed up on the date and time we were told. They did a great job, keeping disruptions to the house to a minimum, and a good cleaning up afterwards. They worked until 630 PM to ensure the job was done in one day.
