We’ve trusted this plumbing company with our beach house for over 15 years, but our most recent experience was nothing short of devastating. We hired them to shut off our water before the off-season, as we’ve done every year, and they assured us it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, they failed to do what they promised. Despite calling multiple times to follow up, nothing was done—and during that period, a pipe burst. The damage completely ruined our house. Decades of care and investment, destroyed in days because of their negligence. What’s most upsetting isn’t just the mistake itself, but the lack of urgency and responsibility afterward. After so many years as loyal customers, we feel completely let down and ignored.
