We highly recommend Heart and Illif. We have a complicated furnace situation that required some detective work and persistence. Ellias was able to figure out the problem and persisted until he got it solved and working well. The cost was reasonable and we were assured if there was further trouble they would have it fixed. Their receptionist answers the phone so there is a person to talk to and she is very pleasant. Ask for Elias if you have a job you want done well. He’s a young guy, but really knows what he’s doing. Also, he was on time . Reliable, reasonable, gets the job done.

We recently had Hart & Iliff out to diagnose and fix heating issues in our home, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. From the moment John arrived, h was very professional courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through what was wrong, explained the solution in plain language. I purchased a new boiler from Hart & Iliff when I bought my house 22 years ago. The last couple of years, it's starting to show its age, of course, and I have made service calls. Hart & Iliff always responds quickly with knowledgeable technicians and prioritizes keeping families warm. I even had a question once about its service and Charles Brand took the time to call me personally. It costs a little more, but don't play around. The super service is easily worth a few dollars more each year to provide you with the peace of mind you deserve for something as important as your heating system.

Great Company - Asked for a fill up the other-day because we were running low before Spring but didn't want too much and they said they could give me 150 Gallons (very fair) and then when I mentioned I was on E they would see to get me some oil before the end of day - technician showed up around 4pm was able to fill up same day (full 150) and didn't charge me an emergency charge. Cannot recommend enough!

Hart and Iliff has been our oil supplier for over 20 years and we couldn't be more satisfied with their professional service....They NEVER left us cold when the furnace needed repair, and they are on top of deliveries when a snow or ice storm is on the horizon.....THANK-YOU very very much !!
