OUTSTANDING from the time I walked into showroom greeted by owner, he was great at understanding what I wanted, assisted me with options, within the week the job was completed. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. I 💯 recommend these guys to do your kitchen remodel, and theywilldo my second property project next week.

I rarely leave reviews, but I need to share the exceptional service from the team at Hartford’s Kitchen Factory. We were in closing process on our new home and needed to renovate the kitchen. We stopped by on Sunday, an hour to close, to look around. Ben greeted us, we gave him our kitchen measurements, he listened to our renovation plans, he sketched out 2 different design ideas and gave us a price range idea, all with no pressure, just helpfulness. After closing, we went back and Ben worked with us sketching our kitchen, offering great ideas. He even came out the very next day to re-measure to ensure perfect fit. I highly recommend working with Hartfords kitchen factory. Ben was a very helpful through your the layout process and choosing the best cabinets for my kitchens. I was in between projects so from the start of my kitchen research to the end was about 10 months. Ben was always available for appointments to revise the layouts, cabinet styles, cabinet sizes, overall kitchen functionality several times through out that time. I was able to share new ideas and update the layout as my contractor was making progress in the kitchen. I was very happy with the outcome even making changes last minute before the order was placed. Donny and Ben were awesome to work with. Not only did they put up wit my indecisions wonderfully, the end result was fantastic. Between the two of them, they were extremely professional, transparent and set expectations from the start. I would highly recommend HKF if you are ever remodeling your kitchen!
