I placed an order for concrete 2 days before I needed it. Called and confirmed the day before and was given a 1 pm delivery time. We'll the day came for delivery at 1:30 pm they had not shown up nor called to say anything. I called to see what was going on. At that point I was told sorry it will be 2 pm hes loading now . Well 2:20 pm rolled around and still no concrete or a phone call so we called back. At that point I was told okay hes on his way. The driver did not show up until 3 pm. This was a waste of my time, the contractors time and my money. I paid my contractors to be there starting at 12:30 pm. I wasted money in labor due to Hartleys lack of communication. So what was the best deal and earned my business has now caused additional cost.

They were quick and responsive when I reached out about my project. Their prices were fair and the office staff was easy to work with (I'm looking at you, Howard). This is the second time I have used them for a project and will call them again should I need additional concrete.

I encountered one of their concrete trucks on I-40 in Winston-Salem. As it merged into my lane, the truck went over a bump, and hard concrete started raining down for a few seconds all over my car and surrounding traffic. This incident caused scratches to my car and slightly damaged my windshield. I reached out to their management for their insurance details to file a claim, but they completely ignored me. I called the company directly and was told to expect a call back, which never happened. This debris could have seriously injured someone, especially a motorcyclist. Their management lacks accountability, and based on other comments, this seems to be a common issue.

I had a disappointing experience with Harley Redo Mix Concrete Mfg. The concrete mix was inconsistent, and they were often late to the site always, causing delays. The customer service was unhelpful, and now they only accept cash due to issues with fraud, which makes me think they need to get their payment system in order. Forsyth Redo Mix has been a much better option always on time, professional, and their mix is top quality. I’d recommend them instead.

Straight scammers they want cash only just so they can mix numbers and steal from you and say they’re short a couple bucks and make you pay more than what you’re suppose to. That’s why they don’t accept check or card. BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM
