They are doing construction on N. Massey/Campbell Ave./160 near w. Farm Rd. 192. On 5-14-2024 I was driving in this area in the right lane headed north. The construction makes the right lane drive on what is normally the shoulder from before the bridge all the way to W. Farm Rd. 192. The temporary lines made us drive over damaged pavement that tore a huge hole in my tire. MODOT says this company is responsible. This company is denying responsibility and saying they are responsible for the bridge only. I just want reimbursement for my tire. I and my 18 year old saw several other cars pulled over with flats, too. I have re-submitted my claim with MODOT because this company is denying responsibility, but right now no one wants to pay for this! UPDATE: After resubmitting my claim with Missour

They have been doing construction outside my house on division for the last half year. A couple weeks ago I walked out to my car to leave and my windshield was cracked all the way across. My truck, in my driveway, is about 70 feet from where they were. Easily could have denied it and not paid for it. So far I almost didn’t say anything even though I knew that’s the only thing it could be. Crack was just to big. But without really any question they paid for it Dan and Paul were quick and got me in very fast. Thank you guys

A crew is almost finished doing a sidewalk project in front of my house. Very hard working as well as nice and polite!! They have done a great job!!!!
