I filled out an online inquiry for a backyard patio. Did not hear from them. I called the number online for lady to answer. I asked about getting a quote for a backyard patio. For her just to answer saying we dont do residential work, then went silent. I said ok your website says you do and she said no. I said ok and hung up the phone. I was confused due to their website reflecting they in fact do. I got back onto to their website to re read and look at photos to make sure I was not mistaken. The website shows photos of residential work and talks about doing work as small as backyard patios. I called back to speak to the same lady who seemed short and rude. I explained I just called and their website talks about their residential work they've done for her to say yeah we dont do that anymor
