My experience with Hartman Roofing and sales services from Austin Grissom was wonderful! They were helpful with decisions & took the stress out of the process. Especially impressive was the crew that took extra care to be sure all the damage was repaired. They were friendly and efficient. My husband was in the hospital for the month of December and they were so caring and kind to me. They treated me so special & Austin was just great! I highly recommend them. I chose Hartman Roofing, with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, after I requested quotes for our home roof replacement. Alex responded and was on time for his appointment. He helped me through the process of selecting roofing materials in a professional and friendly manner. I did a walk-around on the roof after completion and observed the exactness and detail of their work. The flashing around vents and skylights appears to be heavier than what was previously on the roof. The crew cleaned up the job site well. Alex was on-site during the entire process until completion. Very professional from the sales to the install. We couldn’t be happier! The windows are beautiful. Our salesman Dean brought samples and listened to our needs and provided a quote within a day. Michael showed up on time for the install and worked very quickly and did a superior job!
