Extremely poor workmanship. Brought it to Joe's attention and instead of fixing it he got defensive and made excuses for (dangerously) cutting corners. A google search of basic housing codes is time better spent that dealing with this company. Multiple staff quit while on the job resulting in inconsistent and not to code work. If you want your house to fall apart, or repairs to blow off in any gentle wind, hire this company. I wouldn't even trust them to repair a doghouse.

Joe and John are very knowledgeable in condominium construction and repairs. I received many compliments to relay to them as Community Manager on the quality of their workmanship from multiple communities' residents and Board Members. They go above and beyond to provide professional, courteous, and timely service. Highly recommend!

I am still incredulous ! This was the WORST experience with any contractor I have ever had in a lengthy career as a kitchen and bath designer from Los Angeles . It started with Mr Hartman on the very first day screaming at me over the phone (professional suicide) over some non existent situation . It escalated from there . Each day it was a battle . I, as a designer, who had contracted with this firm to execute a master bath remodel , was told I had to buy my own electrical parts for the wiring and the plumbing parts needed for the added shower station. Like I know anything about fittings . They were always threatening to walk off the job , if some deadline wasn't met that they had mandated or if they did not receive a check by a certain cut off time , while still making minima

I was hired as a subcontractor to help Joe. I arrived at location called Joe as contact. I kept getting hung up on. He came out and yelled at me. I tried to tell him who I was he told me to leave and flipped me off. Just be warned he is a dangerous hot head. Save yourself the headache go anywhere else.

Very kind, has done great work for us in the past. Everytime we contact them, they are very prompt, and give us great information on the different options that we have available. No idea why the reviewers have so much hate for this company. The people are very kind, and easy to work with
