Corly was here at the agreed time was very professional and friendly, even when my 6 month old Labrador escaped and tried to join him under the kitchen cabinet. Hartville plumbing can be counted on to go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of their work. This is the 3rd time I have used them. One time it was an emergency call and my wife was having surgery that day. When I got home from the hospital my hot water tank was replaced and everything was finished and completely cleaned up.

Had a very accessible floor drain that appeared to be a clogged drain. Guy came out and basically removed the drain cover and saw that it was the cover that had a build up of crud on it. Blocking the flow of water. Was there for maybe 15 minutes. Used my lights and my extension chord so he can see. They charge a 50 dollar service fee and charged 150 on top as there hourly rate. I dont know how their work is? But I can say the way they charge a customer is not very good! Should of been a 50 dollar service fee and that was all.

I have used these guys a few times and they have been by far the best in the area. From having a leaking pipe repaired to my water softer replaced and just recently flipping the plumbing around in my bathroom and installing a new tub. Everything that has been done is perfect. They are always on time and very detailed oriented. Highly recommend!

Can't really recommend them. Charged us over $200 to look in septic tank and tell us our tank needed drained, which they couldn't do.

After 6 estimates, hartville pluming impressed me the most!! Excellent job on our bathroom, glad I made the call!!
