Harvey Bros Restoration

Hired Harvey Bros in February 2025 to update two small bathrooms and install new flooring throughout my 1,500 sq. ft. home. I paid $28,111.13 in labor and materials. Since then, I’ve repeatedly asked them to come back and fix numerous imperfections. Sometimes Nathan or a crew would show up—sometimes they wouldn’t. It’s now mid-October 2025, and I’ve given up. I have plenty of photos and videos showing the poor workmanship, but Google only allows a few uploads per post. Hopefully, this review helps others avoid the same mistake I made. I now have to take Harvey Bros to court to try to recover some of my money, and I’ll also have to pay other contractors to correct their mistakes. Harvey Bros Restoration did a tub and surround install for my grandma, and they did a really solid job. The crew showed up when they said they would, got everything done quick, and cleaned up after themselves. The new tub looks great, super clean work, no mess, no corners cut. What meant the most to me was how respectful they were with my grandma. They explained what they were doing and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Once you have had a bad contractor experience, it is a blessing to have a smooth and professional company come and provide an all around great service. Mr Nathan and his team were all very considerate and easy to work with though a water line issue that made my Mom's home basement a mess. Not only did they educate us though the process, they helped assure an issue like this would not get this far again.
