Harvey Contractors was chosen by American Home Shield to help us with an emergency pipe leak situation that temporarily left my family without water. Brenda was friendly and professional on the phone and helped schedule Kyle to come out and save our home. Kyle did a great job and we are grateful for all the help.

They were sent by Ahs to repair a electric issue. The technician Joe was nice until he told several lies about the issue that are going on in my house. He told me that the issue in the basement was corrected I went to the basement area about 60 minutes after he left still having the same problem. I called the company and spoke with brenda i told her what was told to me and she pretty much called me a liar stating that she has known Joe for many years so she knows he wouldnt lie about a job very disappointed with this experience and company. They made more issues than i had from the start. Whomever reads this review if you have electric issue please dont use this company!!!

Very disappointed in this company. AHS scheduled this company to come out for our sum pump and after taking the service fee I didn't get any communication from this company by phone to discuss the issue before coming out. I got an enacted text message from the company saying they were on their way. Only for the tech to get here and tell my husband the service would not be covered due to the sum pump veinf outside our back downstairs door. That all could have been avoided if the office would have called and asked me where the pump was located and I could have very easily avoided losing $125 on the tech driving out here only to stay long enough to make a single phone call back to his office.

They came to my house for kitchen Sink blockage. They said roof vent is blocked. I called another plumber the same day , who brought a camara and showed me that sink pipe was blocked. Harvey said i can keep my opinion, where something is proved with facts ... Lolzzzz.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about Kyle. He answered all of my questions and our repair was completed perfectly! Brenda, in the office, was also great to work with and such a pleasant person to talk to. We will definitely be calling Harvey Contractors again. Before and after photo included.
