Harvey's Rent All

I am so dissapointed in the service of my rental Friday. I rented a bush trimmer and we could not get the blades to work at all. It would cut one leaf and get jammed repeatedly for a few hours so we coulod not complete the job ourselvers. I had to call a tree company and they also tried and could not ge tthe blades to keep cutting. So I had them take care of our services. I have rented from here multiple times and this time when I could not use the equipment and was completely truthful that I had to call a tree company on top of this expense I was not beleived by Harverys and was still charged for my rental. This will end my relationship with this company. I beleive in honesty and integrity and when I am not shown that I choose to not go back

My experience was very bad, they rented me a two-wheeled doll without asking if I wanted insurance or not. On top of that, it was very expensive, $70 dollars, since in uhaul the same one with insurance and I paid $52. Ok, a rubber exploded and broke one of the fenders and I They charged it at $121 for the tire, they charged it at $50 and that dolley broke my car and no one said anything, so on top of that I pay them what was broken plus the cost of my car, something that I don't see as fair.

TBH, this wasnt the first business i walked into looking for a new chainsaw. but it was my LAST! i went into other businesses and no one greeted me, no one asked if they could help me. immediately upon enterring Harvey's i was greeted and helped. the guys there are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. i walked out with a chainsaw that they quality tested and i was very happy. i will ONLY go to Harvey's from now on. thank you Harvey's!

Gave me a broken sewer camera so i had to drive all the way back to their shop to grab another one and battery on locator was dead. Im not expecting to get some of my money back but sheesh at least learn how to acknowledge YOUR customers problems with YOUR equipment especially if it’s their first time there. Front desk lady I first spoke to was great loved her customer service skills, this is the only reason I didn’t just return the broken camera and demand a refund.

I was in a pinch in the late evening, this place was right down the street from a job I was on. My chainsaw quit working so rather the run home and grab my other one I decided to save time and come here to rent one. Got to the job made two cuts and the saw shut off and would not restart. I made a video of us trying to start it as proof as they were now closed. Took the saw back the next day. Person at counter couldn’t get it started. So the called the “mechanic” from the back. He messed with it and got it fired up. The very aggressive and ignorant lady at the counter says “looks like it starts for us” yea after getting your “mechanic “ to get it going. Needs to say they wouldn’t even offer an apology or any sort of discount. When I explained my disappointment this nutty lady starts sc
