Great place to go for furnace parts, reasonable price for quality equipment.

Do not go to this store please. I went there 2 times and that’s it. When I went there first time I felt this man ( he must be the owner) was not knowledgeable or ignoring a customer’s questions. Anyway, because this owner guy didn’t help us, we messed up our equipment. So, next day I went there to get a refund because I bought 2 packages. I used one item and messed up my equipment. I thought at least this guy will give us a refund. But, this guy’s answer was “No”. I believe this is the only store in USA that doesn’t want to give a customer refund. Please do not go to this store.

Quick. Had part i needed. Great experience.

I needed parts and knowledge regarding my 21 year old Beckett AFII oil burner. Chris (Kris) promptly answered my phone call and said they would have the part I believed I needed. After speaking with Chris/Kris I got far more answers than I expected. I had his undivided attention for nearly 20 minutes as we discussed the burner and "worked through" (I won't say troubleshot, but he described in depth how the system worked and guided me through what other items could be causing my problem). I had assumed I had a failing motor or pump. I had an audio recording to which he listened and offered his opinion. I asked for a new pump and motor, and when he came back, he also had with him the coupler which probably saved me a trip back into town to get. We discussed the different filter option

The people here are amazing and very helpful I would never go any place else to get my furnace parts
