Worst experience ever! Had a tree fall on my boathouse roof. As it was a PVC roof they were one of the few I could find for that type of roof. They ended up outsourcing the work. They would not fix the damaged railings. We discussed numerous times how the job was to be done and when it came to getting it done was not what we agreed upon. I believe they put me off on schedule as I had it quoted early enough and had discussed when I wanted it done. Didn't happen. Was lucky to get it done by July 4th holiday. They also thought the job was complete and they hadn't fixed the cracked I-joist as was quoted. When they finally did that it also wasn't we had discussed. My husband and I have a little log cabin in Soldiers Grove, WI. We had a new metal roof put on in 2022 by a local contractor from that area. We paid for the roof and very shortly after installation, it was leaking in several areas, along with drafts at both dormers. Long story short, that contractor refused to repair any of it. In the meantime, we tried finding other contractors in the area to fix the leaks and drafts, with all of them saying the entire roof needed replacing. The work performed was just too horrible. Excellent company to work with. Had roof replaced along with gutters and leaf guard so I worked with different crews. All employees were courteous and helpful. Initial estimates and sales staff were thorough and honest. Work was completed as bid and contracted with no surprises or additional fees. Roofing crew did a very thorough clean up and protected my property well during tear off. I would highly recommend working with this company.
