Hasty's St. Augustine Flooring

I definitely do not recommend this company. Their products are very poor quality and the customer service is even worse. The flooring they installed immediately cracked. They replaced them and they cracked again immediately and then they just started ignoring us. They would show up around 10-11 every day, take MANY smoke breaks, a lunch break, and then leave by 3. It takes days longer than it should to install because of their poor work standards. They have ignored all attempts to resolve the flooring issues. Terrible company all around. Also, we had a qualified flooring expert come in and they said they used the completely wrong adhesive so the flooring is loose and flexing too much. We recently decided to have our Kitchen flooring in the Kitchen, Kitchenette, hall, laundry room and spare bathroom areas redone. After exploring a number of flooring stores and contractors we eventually decided to go with Hasteys St. Augustine Flooring. From the very first time we stepped into the store we felt totally comfortable. Starting with the professionalism and extreme patience of Nathan, who was pivotal in helping us find exactly what we were looking for during what seemed like an endless month long search. The free estimate and measurements were on point with no hidden costs. Pricing for the product and installation was very reasonable. Installation took two days and the installation tech's, Greg and Travis were incredibly prompt, polite, neat and meticulous in their workmanship

Zero Stars. Actually, minus stars is more appropriate. The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Small job (13 square feet), but Hasty's billed us for 45 sq. ft. (Not Surprised at all!). Run like hell before hiring these clowns. I don't usually leave reviews but this one was necessary. See photos. If you decide to hire them, don't bother calling them when you have problems. Dominick, the owner will not call you back and if you do get him on the phone, he will make every excuse available. The tiles were uneven, some higher than other, not aligned, and missing grout everywhere. A 10 year old could have done better. COME ON REALLY !!! Great local flooring company that truly cares about their customers! Their team is friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. They offer a wonderful selection of quality materials and do everything they can to get your product to you as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

Greg did a great job installing my vinyl flooring in bath and laundry.. it looks wonderful. He was an exceptionally kind person who bought and installed a new washing machine for me, an old lady. God bless him.
