Needed a small amount of lumber and decided to try local rather than a big box store. Staff was very friendly and informative when I called as well as when I visited. Was able to get it delivered the following day for free as I was close enough the driver was really great and happy with the quality of the lumber. Would recommend. Support local and get great experience.

Mike, the guys, and Hailee take good care of me all the time. For example, Mike and Dan have given me their valuable time to talk me through projects such as how to measure for both a swinging door and a pocket door. Just the other day, there was a charge on my invoice from about a week earlier, maybe two, and I did not understand why. It was a very minor amount but with the way that Dan and Rob jumped right on it, you would have thought it was a thousand dollars. It would have been a legitimate charge to other lumber yards; however, Hatboro Lumber refunded me the money—no questions asked. When the swinging door manufacturer made a mistake on their end, not only did the manufacturer make good on it, but unexpectedly Hatboro Lumber (Mike) made good on it too.
