Great customer service, fair pricing, and high-quality flooring. Unfortunately, the installation didn’t meet our expectations. Management did make a genuine effort to address several problem areas by ordering additional carpet at no charge and sending a different installer to make corrections, which we appreciated. However, despite those efforts, the final result still feels like a mediocre install overall. We truly wanted to be happier with the outcome, as the product and customer service were solid, but the installation quality ultimately fell short.

I will never be using hatch flooring ever again. They never showed up when they were supposed to and did a terrible job on our carpet. They left a HUGE seam in the front room right down the middle. Looks absolutely terrible. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

I cannot recommend Hatch Flooring enough! They are fast, reliable and take pride in their work! You can trust you are in good hands and the job will be done right! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

They have horrible customer service never return phone calls and could never get a estimate locked down was always uping the price must not want to sell carpet , went with hearts floor company

Hatch Flooring is an amazing company and business that is family owned and operated that puts the customer first. They have great people working there, a friendly environment, and a phenomenal store. They do top notch work and are the best flooring business in the area and region.
