We had a great experience working with Hatch Homes! Bill and Matt explained our project from start to finish, they were very knowledgeable on James Hardie Siding! Our new Hardie Siding looks fabulous!
Hatch homes replaced cement fiberboard siding that had been improperly installed by another contractor. The area in which the repair was done was in a difficult location and our HVAC venting set up made it difficult for us to find a contractor for this job who would guarantee their work. Then we found Hatch. They matched our siding color exactly, repaired the damage, and provided warranty and guarantee paperwork when the job was done. Every aspect from planning to execution went smoothly. These guys are truly professionals.
I worked directly with the Charlotte office but, they were hands down the most communicative, open, and honest service I have used in ANY regard to my home improvement. If they say something will happen, it WILL happen.
Hatch Homes did an outstanding job on our large historical home. Couldn’t be happier about their work and the process.
