Was using bill pay, automatically paying by check through bank, monthly for plow & lawn, when suddenly they claimed I quit paying (bank records showed check was sent), so they dropped my account during a storm, no notice. Said they knocked. No note left, no second chance. I'm pre-paid for at least another month, but they're not even returning texts, so I'm screwed. Unprofessional to say the least. They were great until they just up and quit with no warning. "They knocked" What about ringing the doorbell or leaving a note? Now I'm buried and no service.

Our lawn has become the Kardashian of the neighborhood — people slow down just to stare. We’re gone half the year, but they keep it looking flawless all year long. Reliable, easy to reach, and they handle everything from grass to snow like total pros. Honestly, our yard’s never looked this good — we might start charging for photo ops.
