Hatcher Pools

I love to support small businesses but unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Allen of Hatcher Pools and as a result, I would not recommend him to anyone! He had previously installed the pool liner at our home and was told our pool liner was under warranty. Pool liners are supposed to last anywhere from 5 to 15 years when installed properly, however, after just a couple of years of having the new pool liner, we noticed that it had started to slip and pull in certain areas around the top of the edge. I believe this was because the plastic beading that helps hold the liner in place was never installed. Allen came out to stretch the liner by heating it with a hairdryer where the liner was being pulled, and that initially seemed to help, but then we started to experience tearing in

They put the pool in at my house in town over 30 years ago. I replace the liner several times over the years and hatcher was always the easy choice. They are the friendliest people I’ve met in the pool/spa business. I dont know what it is about that line of work but it seems like some of the biggest jerks pick it as a career. Hatcher always delivers on time and on budget. I’m gonna use them again when the time comes and I’d recommend them to anyone interested in experiencing the horrors of pool ownership, hatcher pools is the only easy thing you are ever gonna deal with , the rest is a nightmare

Our pool had several issues. I had them come out to replace the pool liner. They gave a great estimate. Their employees where both professional and knowledgeable. I had them also replace my skimmer, pool pump timer, and pool cleaner plug. I'll use them exclusively including cemicals from now on! Great job! We are extremely pleased!!!!

I'm in the Air Force, but stationed away. We hired Hatcher to take care of our pool, while we had it up for sale. My neighbors continually questioned me if anyone was cleaning the pool. Plus, they would find beer cans by the pool equipment. It got so bad that asked them call me right after they cleaned it, but it was rarely done. I asked them to fix the pool light, but they wouldn't call me back to let me know the status. They told me they had fixed it and it was working fine. However, I made a surprise visit into town and found the pool light full of water and not working. Plus, the pool was a mess. I called the owner, Allen, to complain and he really didn't care. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.

Great place for all your pool supply needs and even to have an inground pool installed. The owner is hands-on and makes sure his customers are completely satisfied.
