Hatteras Island Air

Cannot say enough positive things about Hatteras Island Air. Called about 0930 in the morning. Despite being busy already, he worked us in and called when in route. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Had us fixed within an hour - necessary part was already on his truck. Very thankful and highly recommend him!!!

It was 86 degrees in my house, the ac would not kick on. I called these guys and they were so nice. I had to wait a few hours but they got to me the same day I called. Found the problem gave us our options and had ac running again in a couple hours. Very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend.

My heating system had issues and services were rendered promptly. Maybe a hour after I called. The outside temperatures were in the 20's and issue resolved in 15-20 minutes. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

100 dollars for maybe 15 minutes of time to move two wires on a thermostat. Not impressed with value, for that price I could've removed the thermostat completely and had them reinstall it. At least I wouldn't have felt ripped off. Definitely will not use them in the future.

Tater came within an hour of my call and had us up and cooling in no time! We'll definitely use Hatteras Island Air for all of our HVAC needs.
