Hatzel & Buehler, Inc

I found out is that this Haztzel & Buehler vehicle with a P.a. BFD-1162 were parked across the street from us at 1:50 AM Friday morning July 27, 2018 on Millbrook Road and I seen the guy getting out of a van with a large tablet ( he's not selection but a cop). It has a tinted window someone can look out from the inside. I knew that when a female cat coming from the Driveway and was passing by the van, then suddenly stopped. The cat looked at the van and That's how I know someone inside. What kind of company would allow the Police to use against the neighbor who may be innocent and end up getting paid by the City of Philadelphia. Their business location near Byberry Road closed. My word of advice is for anyone, Don't patronize this business. Thank you.
