They helped clean out my my mom's condo after she passed away. They were compassionate and respectful of her belongings. They sent me progress pics through the job, and photos of the belongings at the donation facility. I greatly appreciated those updates. They were wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Used Haul Away Pro today through Habitat for Humanity’s donation and removal program. I had an apartment full of furniture on two floors that needed removed. Cody and his coworker were professional, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend both the program and Haul Away if you need furniture removed from your home and want it to be donated.

Cody and John arrived at the agreed upon time and we walked through so that they knew what my expectations were and they got right to work. They went above and beyond my expectations and believe me when I say it was so very hot today but they pushed through it. I would recommend them for any haul away you need. We live in one of those older Over-the-Rhine buildings with narrow stairways and no elevator. Getting rid of our old couch and broken treadmill seemed impossible until these guys made it look easy. They maneuvered everything out without scratching a single wall. The whole junk removal process took maybe 45 minutes, and they were pleasant to chat with the entire time.
