Because she “got me” and what I was trying to achieve- I ended up with exactly what I wanted! With 20+ years in construction, we know professional work. Our 4–6 week project stretched to nearly 22, with repeated delays, installation errors, home damage, and final payment requested before completion. Mike admitted he could not finish the job, so we had to rip out the botched work and finish it ourselves. The owner’s wife who manages the quotes and bookkeeping repeatedly altered details and provided inconsistent information making the process confusing and unprofessional. Future customers should insist on detailed written agreements, verified timelines, and staged payments.

We had a wonderful experience with Monroe Industries in our recent master bathroom upgrade. Dena helped us choose materials and shape the design with a welcome blend of knowledge and patience. Monroe Industries did a fantastic job helping us convert a bathroom to an ADA shower and bath in a home for veterans. Dena was a great help in selecting the material, coordinating the details and the schedule. Mike was very communicative and coordinated well with our site foreman to make sure all the parts and pieces of the bathroom fit together tightly. The fact that they can customize shower pans to existing drain locations saves money, time, and hassle over trying to relocate a drain and/or if you can not relocate. Also - if your dimensions do not quite fit the prefabricated ADA shower systems - this is a great solution. Mike also did a beautiful job installing the shower for us. Beautiful and durable product, great customer service, and expert installation.. can't ask anything more!
