Havasu Enterprise

Purchased road base from Havasu Enterprises and ComCo Excavation, but the material delivered was dirt mixed with debris, including pieces of rebar. We provided photos clearly showing the issue, yet the response we received from customer service was unprofessional and discourteous. Instead of working toward a resolution, representative placed blame on us and spoke in a rude, yelling and confrontational manner. This situation has caused delays and additional expenses for our project and reflects unethical and unacceptable business practices. We hope this feedback encourages greater accountability and professionalism in the future.

Blatant distrusting company. I explicitly asked about delivery fees and was told $20 for anywhere in Lake Havasu. I am 4 mins away from the yard, I get my receipt and was charged $75. I called to get it fixed and was told that they never said that. I won't do business with a company that lies to their customers. There are better and friendlier options in town that I wish I would have found first.

You would think a rock yard would be interested in selling rocks but in this case the gal behind the counter sent me away. I was looking for 3 large boulders (300-400 lbs each). I explained to her that I needed some boulders to protect my short retaining wall that continues to be driven over and knocked down. She said to me, “Don’t waste your money because people will just move them anyway”. She then directed me the upper yard where they kept the boulders. At this point I couldn’t believe she told me it was a waste of money. Oh well, I drove down to Star Nursery, explained what I needed and the gentlemen walked me down to the boulders and said here’s a few in that size range so let me know which ones you like and I’ll load them on your trailer. They have great product and the yard is very organized, but the woman and man that work there are very unfriendly. My husband went 3 days to buy rock and they barked at him rudeness service

I went to Havasu Enterprises to get some decorative rock samples that I could take home and compare to the existing decorative rocks in my front yard. I also took samples of my rocks back to Havasu Enterprises. Between the lady in the front office and myself we agreed that "Saddleback" was a match. So, I ordered a ton of Saddleback and hauled it home. I assumed that these people knew what they were doing. I was wrong. I wasn't able to get to spreading the rock around my yard until late in the afternoon and I was working to beat daylight. When I woke up in the morning, to my surprise, it was easy to notice that the rock I received from Havasu Enterprises was not Saddleback, it was "Desert Red" (I knew this from the samples that I had received the day before). I wasn't very happy abo
