Forget driving to The Home Depot. This place has what you need or at least it did for me. We stayed at our in-laws condo at the isles and I needed some plumbing parts for the toilet that kept leaking water all night. Rather than replacing the older toilet I called Havasu Hardware and this cordial lady answered and informed me that they had exactly the parts I needed but they were universal parts. When I got there I was greeted by that same cordial lady with a huge smile :) and a gentleman who looked like he knew just about everything walked me to where the parts where located. Thankfully he works here because he showed me exactly what I needed and how to do what I was repairing! Extremely helpful staff. Go here first, then go to home depot if they don't have it. P.S. Really friendly staff. Every time I go in there, at least two people ask if if they can help me find something. Store is small enough to find stuff and large enough to find what you need. Generally find parking on the street in front, but also a large shared lot at the rear.

I would give zero stats if i could. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and treatment I received from this small town hardware store. That's what I get for spending a couple extra dollars to try and support local businesses. The part my girlfriend bought for our faucet was not right. I replaced the entire faucet and when returning the wrong part with receipt that I paid cash for I was denied. No small town feeling there. They "did their best" to make me feel uncomfortable, like I was doing something wrong by calling 2 extra men that were called over to intimidate i guess over a return WITH receipt. The cold self checkout at Lowes has a much warmer feeling and is a far better experience than I had at "Do it Best" You should "do your best" to avoid this hardware store.

Not competitive with the chains, but customer service is highly welcoming and helping. Bigger than one would guess, and they've got most you may need.

Erica is very friendly and helpful, as are all of the staff at Havasu Hardware. They recently expanded their store this year and have a ton of selection. Pleasure working with them and bringing our business. - Globe Life
