What an amazing roofing company!! Long over due review!! Haven Roofing was working on a neighbor's house one morning, so I decided to call them. Glad I did. Jason met with me and was a true professionals. He explained everything and guided me all the way through my insurance claim. Then, Ryan and his team took over putting on my new roof and did an amazing job, including several follow up to ensure my satisfaction!!

The process included working with Sales, Project Manager, and Billing. Sales did an outstanding job coordinating between myself, insurance company, and Haven. Their proposal was complete and easy to understand. Project Manager helped in managing both materials and labor. Weather interrupted our first date but he kept me informed every step and came up with an alternative date. Crew arrived when schedule and did a great job cleaning the property before they left. Ms. Emily in billing assisted in explaining the invoices. There were no billing surprises. There was a minor hiccup with insurance, but was quickly sorted with the assistance of Haven. People I dealt with were all professional and very good communicators. I highly recommend Haven Roofing.

Haven Roofing is the most professional roofing contractor we have ever worked with. Our communication with them and their communication with our insurance provider was fabulous. Their large crew was very efficient tearing off, installing and cleaning up all in 1 long day and our new roof held up beautifully during this recent ice storm. As you can see by the two pictures our new roof looks great. But what most impressed me with Haven Roofing was the care in which their team worked around our gardens. They removed the old roof and put the new roof on in one day. All while making sure to protect the landscaping and koi pond that are all right up next to the house. Great job guys!
