HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! A headache of a company!! The pictures are of all that’s been done: nearly 3 months after the supposed contract completion date of July 28. I hired HavenHub this summer after a salesman, Brock, came to our door offering landscaping services. He designed our full backyard project on his computer — including a retaining wall, concrete stairs, a shed pad, boulder work, and sprinklers — for $24,995. I took out a loan and paid in full around July 8, 2025. The contract stated the project would be completed by July 20, 2025. No one showed up or contacted me until I reached out first. STAY AWAY! We had a terrible experience with HavenHub. The two salesmen we met with were great, but we learned they were fired shortly after my contract was signed. I signed my contract in early July with a completion date of august 8th, but the project was not finished until November 2nd. HavenHub did not manage their subcontractor, during this entire process. The construction manager (CM) assigned to us was on my property for maybe 15 minutes during the initial job walk, then never returned. I was told he and all other Utah staff were fired. I asked HavenHub on multiple occasions to send a CM to my project for quality assurance and to ensure industry standards were met, but no one came to mange the subcontractor. HORRIBLE COMPANY! By far the worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. The sales rep was great at making promises, but none of them were delivered. Almost every material we were shown and agreed to was switched out for something different or cheaper. We’ve gone through four different project managers, none of whom seem to know what’s going on or what was done before. The sprinklers they installed don’t work — they burst our existing sprinkler system, and made a hole on our front yard. They cut the backyard gate in a attempt to fix their leveling work, they didn’t even bother to tell us about damaging our property. SCAMMERS!!! We originally had work done in November of 2024 which was a nightmare. My original review: “Truly a nightmare of an experience. Quoted us a certain amount, tried to up it once we'd signed the contract by saying we didn't have a conduit for the sprinkler line. Luckily, we had photo evidence of an existing conduit and got them to complete the project without the up charge (3 weeks after they said it would be done). Come spring, we went to turn on the sprinklers and it flooded the entire side of the yard. They claim that you have a warranty so we've been trying to get in contact with them to come out and look at it and fix whatever is broken and flooding around our house but every time we get in contact with someone they say "no one is available. We'll have someone call you back"

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever tried to work with. The salesman was actually the only upside of the company as he was nice and respectful. We agreed on the project and signed contracts to start the project. We waited month getting pushed off repeatedly and never scheduled it. Getting a hold of them is a pain, and when you are on hold, the number will just hang up on you. After I finally got a hold of them, they told me that my project was canceled. I still have not been told why it was canceled. It had nothing to do with financing, as we were paying in cash, and was a very simple project with no special material required. Because they took so long to schedule the project, we are left scrambling to try and get this done before we're forced to do this next year. It's been thre
