Very friendly and accommodating. The whole experience from the estimate to installation was efficient. I got other bids and Havens was the most competitive. Very happy all around.

I’m not a summer person and completely melt when it’s hot. My A/C went out on July 4th and Mr. Havens didn’t hesitate to come to our aide! He had our A/C fixed in under a few hours and did not break the bank doing it for us. So thankful to Preston Havens for rescuing us on not only a holiday but on a holiday weekend at that! Will definitely be using him from here on out!

Preston was very fast and very helpful. Our A/c went out. Preston was very quick to come out. Diagnosed it. Our unit was over 25+ years old. Was told by multiple people it needed replaced soon. Preston found one and was able to get it quick. He came out on a Saturday got us back up and going with a brand new unit after 3 days of it being out. He gave us a portable unit to help out. My wife works from home and is 8 months pregnant. Nothing negative with Havens at all!! Thank you for all the help! We really really appreciate it!
