This review is for the HAVERTOWN store. Michael and Mark are fabulous. They are welcome any time to put in carpet. Or for tea. They were prompt, friendly, professional, prepared, diligent, precise and neat. The carpet on our stairs looks beautiful. We are thrilled with Havertown Carpet. We have used them before and highly recommend. Nick who came to assess and give quote was great and price was fab. SO happy.

The staff is very knowledgable, courteous and very helpful when making your selection. I was able to take samples to see the carpet in my home before making a final decision. What a great company to do business with, from start to finish. It was always easy to reach someone on the phone for scheduling and questions. They were prompt and professional during all appointment. The flooring installation went so smoothly and they did great work! Estimator guided my choice of flooring to the best choices of quality and value for my needs. The work order estimate included all costs. Nothing was left ambiguous. The cost was competitive. The worker crew was courteous, professional and focused on their work. Three rooms, bedroom carpet and two rooms of floating floor, were completed in one day. Workmanship was good. My only comment is that preparation of my cement floor created a lot of dust. After the job was complete I had to wipe down the vinyl floors and pieces of furniture that were in room during installation. Overall I was quite satisfied and would eagerly recommend Havertown Carpet.

Havertown Carpet came highly recommended and our experience was fantastic! The showroom had so many choices and they even let us take large samples home to view in our rooms. Harry Reinhart came to measure the spaces and provide us with a quote. This man is SO knowledgeable and detail oriented. He took his time to measure and draw out which direction the rolls could run to get us the best price point. He explained pattern repetition and direction of patterns for steps, etc. He answered so many of my questions and he found various discounts including a manufacturers rebate to keep the cost manageable. The installation crew worked efficiently and meticulously to remove the old carpet and install the new carpeting. We are VERY happy with the end results. They even bound the larger pieces of e
