Our kitchen floor started sloping downward in certain spots and since we didn't want to climb up a hill everytime we wanted to use the microwave we knew we needed to have someone address the issue. We reached out to Hawk as they are local and we read very positive reviews all around. Office staff was very friendly and helpful and immediately set us up with an inspector and appointment. Sam Hunter came out quickly and even adjusted his schedule to make it a day earlier as a request from us. He was professional and friendly right from the start. Sam came out to our house and gave us a very thorough inspection and reasonable level of repairs needed to fix our crawlspace before encapsulation.
