I had water all over my basement bathroom floor. Hawks Plumbing came within the next 1-2 hours. He located the problem quickly and was able to fix the leak. While he was there he fixed my water pressure and increased the hot water temperature for me. I appreciate the knowledge and timeliness and of Hawks Plumbing!

Technician was prompt & pleasant. Completed the maintenance check with no issues found. An ounce of prevention is my motto. Shelly is very understanding and keeps you informed on arrivals or any snags.

Was having extreme water usage and called Hawk’s Plumbing. They sent Roger over and he discovered that the control board in my water softener was burnt up, probably because of electrical damage from storms. He researched the brand, located a new board and came and installed it. I couldn’t have gotten better service from anyone that I know off. They did a great job and were quick to respond, my hat comes off to Roger and the whole staff for doing an excellent job, I will be using them again. They definitely get a 5 star rating from me. Great job, great service and great people to work with.

Replaced my furnace and air conditioner, great service very friendly would highly recommend
