I can't speak highly enough of this company. Bob and Donna are very accommodating. I had LOADS of questions about the durability, sustainability and safety (in terms of non-toxic living) of the flooring I purchased. And they didn't shy away from any of the questions. They even went to the manufacturer to get the answers I needed! They didn't pressure me into any certain type of flooring, baseboards, or installation date. They let us take the time we needed to discuss the decisions. For the record, we decided on luxury vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards. My husband and I are so happy with the entire Hawse Abbey Carpet team. They not only did a beautiful job in installing our brand new carpeting, but they also put in a new granite countertop and kitchen sink as well as a completely remodeled new shower and custom shower door. They provided wonderful customer service and took care of all our projects as if they were doing these upgrades in their own home. I cant say enough about this organization! From a walk in to delivery and install has been a really great experience. And I know as I went to Hawes Abbey to redo my flooring that I gave the job to my handyman and was a total loss! After meeting with the group at Hawse Abbey, especially Donna and Bob, the owners helped me directly. However they have a great staff as well. I was given all the time I needed and in the end it was maybe 10-15% more than the shotty job I paid for and lost. The new floor is incredible and it was installed only a week after ordering it and it only took 1/2 day to lay the flooring. So impressed, so satisficed.
