I never received a text that Josh was coming out. I went to the store, he was in the truck getting ready to leave. Then I noticed he ran over the rail to my driveway. Had I not gotten home before he left, he would have left with it torn down. I confronted him and all he could say was I'm sorry. Sorry didn't do it for me. He tried to fix it but the holes need dirt to hold the beams in the ground. This is unaccepted. Now it need to be repaired at my cost. Again, this is not acceptable.

I have been a customer since April of 2025. I am not happy with the services. Among pricing errors and servicing errors with yard treatment for mosquitos and flying insects on wet days when they are not supposed to be servicing, they do not seem to have a clear business quality plan in place. Here is an example... Today I received a free under warranty recheck service for spiders around my exterior of my home, as the first treatment has not completely worked and they said to call before the next 3 month services if I see any, which I did. These pictures were just taken outside my home (just about 5pm today), and they came and retreated and removed spider webs just after 1pm today. In my opinion this is not quality workmanship and my complaint has not been remedied but now makes me have eve

IF YOU HAVE PETS, DO NOT USE. Absolutely horrible system to handle issues from customers. One of my dogs got VIOLENTLY ILL due to non communication of yard being sprayed. It was the second time this same thing has happened to me and my pets getting sick. They handled it quick last time, couple months free, someone reached out to me immediately It happened again this month…. It’s been two days since reporting the incident, I had to call them myself today to follow up with where it’s at. I’m being told it’s still in escalation. I can’t get ahold of ANYONE in management. I have been getting transferred and being given the run around for a HOUR and have gotten nowhere.
