Fanchot, our tech, is always kind, attentive, and thorough. it has been an uneventful summer, autumn, and winter with regards to pests. Good work! the company itself is a bit lacking in the communication department but the onsite techs typically remedy any issues. I give 4 stars because it is a bit steep on price, BUT haven't had any bugs in the house for a while... let's see how it goes this spring🤞

HAWX Pest Control is the most effective pest treatment I’ve ever had. I’ve been using pest control companies for over 40 years. Nothing comes close to their method/products. I have not seen a spider in my 6000 sq ft residence since they began servicing our home 2.5 years ago, but if I do, they will retreat until the pests are gone. Whatever product they use is superior & they remove cob webs, providing extra attention to where they find entry points. The technicians are thorough, professional, friendly, & kind. I cannot say enough good things about this company & their people. Best of all, they are reasonably priced. Give them a call. You will be amazed by the results. Excellent Service from Phillip! Phillip from Hawx Pest Control was outstanding! He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure every concern I had was addressed. He was polite, professional, and thorough—taking the time to inspect both inside and outside the home. I really appreciated how respectful and detail-oriented he was. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and customer satisfaction. I definitely recommend requesting Phillip if you want top-quality service and peace of mind knowing the job was done right.

Hawx has been amazing. We were recommended by our neighbor and truly have seen amazing results. When we first started services our home was surrounded in wasps nests- any crack you could think there was a nest if not multiple. After the first visit all active nests were killed and by the second visit we haven’t seen any wasps outside, or any insects in the home.

Franchot was excellent! Having pest control at your home is always stressful, but Franchot made me feel better by taking the time to explain the process and even personalized the process with his own experience. Very helpful and trustworthy. 5 stars !
