I’ve been with Hawx for eight years, and I’ve never had a reason to consider switching. Any small issues over the years were handled quickly and professionally. Today, Braeden serviced my home and went above and beyond to tailor the treatment to our specific needs. He was especially careful to protect our koi pond from any chemical exposure. He was polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. Consistently excellent service — both from the company and their technicians.

My Tech's performance was outstanding. He was through and completed all activities to standard. I watched him from afar to ascertain if he performed all the usual requirements. He didn't disappoint. He's one of the better techs that performed this service.

This company failed to provide reasonable service, failed to show up as scheduled, did not bring the supplies they needed, and they are trying to collect over termination fees. I provided 11 payments and got three treatments. Those three treatments took the tech 10 minutes or less each time. It is impossible to treat my entire yard in less than 30 minutes with the equipment he had with him (just a hand held sprayer). I can’t honestly say a single good thing about the company or quality of the service.

I’ve been with Hawx Pest Control for several years here in Round Rock TX, and I highly recommend them. DJay, our service tech, came out yesterday (as he has now for a few years) and did both inside and outside treatments. He is always friendly and professional, inspecting my property as he works for any potential problems but never trying to “bulldoze” me into buying more services which I truly respect and appreciate. This was our first time needing pest control in our new home and our technician Braeden did an awesome job and was super friendly. He explained everything and made this experience super easy.
