Called a week ago and was told I’d get a follow-up. A few days later, I received a text in the evening, I responded and I explained my project. I was assured I’d get a call the next day with scheduling options. Instead, a week later, I got an email offering two appointment slots. I confirmed one, only to receive another email the morning of the appointment saying they couldn’t complete the job that they haven’t even seen and suggested I call one of their “trusted contractors” instead. If you value your time, look elsewhere. If you enjoy delays and last-minute cancellations, this is the company for you.

Best landscape architecture firm in Houston by far. I’ve had experiences with Moss and T&H before, and HAXEL is just better by every metric. They are super responsive and fully dedicated to delivering the best project possible. The maintenance supervisor Eli stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. The owner Kristi is very kind and I could tell she really cares about the quality of work they do. I’ll definitley be recommending them to all of my friends and family.
