We had a water leak in our crawl space, and Pat came by to investigate. He was incredibly patient and thorough, tracing the issue back to a cracked bathtub. He explained everything clearly and scheduled the repair for two weeks later. True to his word, Pat returned on time, removed the old tub, replaced the wet baseboard underneath, and installed a new one. He and his team Dave meticulously repaired and replaced all the affected tiles—our bathroom looks brand new! The entire process was smooth, timely, and professional. We're beyond happy with the results. Pat is reliable, honest, and fair—exactly what you want in a handyman. Highly recommended!

Pat and his guys have been a gift. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Pat responded to me right away, and he was able to accommodate our request in a very timely manner. Pat is wonderful to work with and his very prompt and efficient. His hourly rates are reasonable and he doesn't drag out the work to charge more! Pat arrives with a full service trailer, so none of the usual "I do not have that part". He is upfront about the services he is able to provide. I have relied on Pat to install new microwave, ceiling lights and fans, and wall decor. Pat also cleans up when he's completed the work, which again is a wonderful thing. Highly recommend!
